MaD and Kiwi went down to support and we think next year we need to see a few more members brave the waves, there are distance to suit all levels of swimmer.

Casual Steve headed to the CrossFit Hawkes Bay Open for a day of CrossFit competition. He finished in 12th place out of a field of 41 Rx male entries. Well done in your first comp Steve, now you can use the experience to focus your training for future events. The CrossFit Games Open starts on Mar 6th 🙂
