Then as a team max calories rowed in 12 minutes. (Score is total calories divided by number in team.)

At 10am we will be having a skill session with a difference. It will be run along the lines of a normal class, complete with a workout. So stick around after 9am or come in specifically for this workout and get your Gymnasty on.
