Gymnasty Sessions

Starting on Thursday May 9 and running each Thursday in May. Coach Lou will be running a 30 minute Gymnasty Skills session at 6pm. This is free to members and you can sign up on Influx. Work on some of your gymnastic goats and see how much you improve with focused sessions.

 Bring a Friend Workout and fundraiser

On Saturday, May 11, we will be hosting another bring a friend workout at 9am. This will also serve as a fund raiser for Casey to help him get to swim the English Channel in September.
The Workout is based on facts orientated around the English Channel swim. So while working out you will learn some interesting facts. It is a scaled workout so anyone will be able to take part.
Anyone can come along either workout or just watch. It is a team workout so it will be lots of fun.

As we are expecting quite a few folks at the fundraiser, the skill session that day is cancelled.
