All movements done with medball.  Push ups on the ball, jumps over the ball, medball sit ups.
Partner workout, one person working at a time.

BaD As Practice

At 10am we have our last BaD As practice session, all welcome, come on in and work on your Back Squat, Bench Press, C&J or Strongman equipment.
