Pullups

Pushups

Box Jumps 24/20”

Kettlebell Swing (1.5/1pood)

Wall Ball Shots (20/14 to 10/9’)

This can be done as a partner workout or scaled to half reps for those new to CrossFit 🙂

Then at 10am we will work on improving your row technique and give you some strategies for improving you row times/scores for different distances or efforts.
