Then OTM (On The Minute) AHAP (As Heavy As Possible)

1 Kettlebell Swing (these can be Russian or American) 1 Push Up. Then carry KB for the rest of the minute. You can carry the KB however you want just keep moving.

Then 2 swings and 2 push ups, continuing until you can’t complete the swings and push ups within the minute.

Don’t know the difference between Russian and American swings? Ask a coach.
