10 Wallballs 20/14# to 10/9′

10 Box Jumps 24/20″

10 HR Push Ups

Partner A starts on Wallballs, when A finishes B starts on Box Jumps, When B finishes A starts on HR Push Ups, repeat until finished 🙂

Then at 10am come in or stick around for a focused mobility session, you ALL need it!
