Team Workout

In teams of 3 or 4, with one athlete working at a time, complete the following:

2000m Row

200 Front Squats 60/40kg

150 DB Push Jerks 20/12.5kg

100 Pull Ups

2000m Row

At 10am we have Open Gym. Work on a skill or make up a workout.

Gymnasty #2 – SPACES AVAILABLE

Gymnasty #2 needs a couple more members to sign up in order for it to run. The course will start On Tuesday August 6th. The 4 week course will run Tuesdays and Thurdays at 7:30pm. Each hour long session will feature both skill work and a gymnastics based workout. In order to ensure you get the attention you need, numbers are limited to 6 per course.
