Scaling Options

You can try a version of the Masters Scaling below, or you can scale specific elements as required:

Men 40-54: 60kg BB, 32kg KBs
Men 55-59: 3 climbs, 50kg BB, 24kg KBs
Men 60+:50 DU’s,3 RC,47.5kgBB,20kg DBs
Women 40-54: 42.5kg BB, 20kg DBs
Women 55-59: 3 RC, 35kg BB, 15kg DBs
Women 60+: 50 double-unders, 2 climbs, 25kg BB, 10kg DBs

Time Cap:  at the Games 15 minutes. For MaD CF 25 mins.

If we run short of equipment, people may be asked to start at different stations.
