21 power snatch 40/25kg
12 pull ups
400m run

Then at the end of 3 rounds take one plate off your bar and conduct a 200m plate sprint to finish – 10/5kg

In memory of Greg Woledge a member at CrossFit Tauranga who was killed in a vehicle accident last week.

From his coach: “This is such a huge loss Greg was an awesome guy and a great CrossFitter, just starting to break that Boundary from CrossFit for fun to CrossFit is a sport. He was gearing up to start competing and focused a lot on his movement and technique. You will be missed mate. Greg has a partner and child and was expecting his second soon.”

Don’t forget the Wellington Cup  is on this weekend. Kicks off at 8am on Saturday with 4 workouts and finishes after a 9am start on Sunday with 3 more.
