Partners go Rep for Rep on all movements. For example; Partner 1 does 1 Burpee the Partner 2 does 1 Burpee until they have done 20 Burpees between them.

10am Skill Session – Yoga

At 10amwe are hosting a yoga session with Megan Sety. Limited to 20 spots, sign up on Influx and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Here is a bit more about it from Megan herself:

“Yoga can be a great recovery workout for Crossfitters with a strong focus on stretching and improving body awareness, while still including opportunities to build strength.

I teach hatha style yoga with a bit of vinyasa flow to keep things interesting. My classes focus on strength, flexibility and alignment. I work to ensure every student benefits based on their body type – it doesn’t matter if you are brand new to yoga, lack flexibility or have been practicing for yours.

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and completed my 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Training) earlier this year with Byron Yoga Centre. I am registered with the international Yoga Alliance. I currently teach workplace yoga classes and a specialised yoga for trampers. I began practicing yoga as way to maintain my fitness and better protect my body from injuries after 15 years as a gymnast and a variety of experiments with distance running, sprint triathlons and swimming.”
