Bodyweight  “Fight Gone Bad”

3 Rounds of working 1 minute for reps for each of the following movements:

  • Rowing (for Calories)
  • Situps
  • Box Jumps
  • Pushups
  • Body Rows
  • Rest 1 Minute

Team members will start on different stations, but all will rest at the same time. Count your total reps as a team.

Skills Session

At 10am Anna will take you through a pilates session focused on your shoulders…scapular awareness, strength and stability.

24 Hour Fundraiser

The team are over half way through the 24 Hour Fundraiser at WOF CrossFit in Porirua. If you want to support the team please stop by during the event to cheer them on. If you would like to donate you can drop some cash in the bucket at the gym and we will do a bulk donation from MaD CrossFit or you can donate online HERE. The last workout should start around 6:30pm followed by a BBQ and beers if weather permits.
