“Roll the Dice”

In teams of 2 or 3

5 Rounds For Time of:

As a team Run 200 meters.

When you get back to the gym roll the dice and do 20 repetitions of two random exercises determined with every roll of the dice

1= Burpees

2= Push ups

3= Jumping lunges

4= Goblet Squat 24/16kg

5= Box Jumps (24/20″)

6= Push Balls (20/14 lbs) to 9′

You can break up this work anyway you want with one person working at a time.

10am Skill Session

Come on in and work on your Olympic Weightlifting skills.

Teens Sessions

Get your Teens moving or training for their sport with 4 weeks of CrossFit. Sessions will focus on strength training, endurance, agility, and gymnastics. They will learn how to feed their bodies and train for their own sports.

Cost for 8 sessions is $99

Start 5th November to 28 November

Sessions run Tuesday & Thursday from 4:15pm- 5:00pm
