Trans Tasman Challenge 2  – Saturday Nov 9th 2013

This is our 2nd annual challenge with CrossFit Darwin. We will run two sessions one at 9am and another at 11am. At the 11am session we hope to have a live Skype link with CFD. After we are done, there will be a few beersies available, before a group of us head into Makara to support the ladies taking part in the Women of Dirt 6 hour mountain bike race.

Pilates with Anna. 11am on Nov 16, $5 per person – limit is 12, but if we have more interest we will add another session. Sign up on Influx.

Mountain Bike Skills Clinic – Sunday December 1st starts at 11am at Wainui MTB Park, Waiau St Carpark. Suitable for all levels.

In House Barbell Club Barbell Comp. Aimed to test your classic barbell lifts with max Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift – Sat Dec 7

Following the Barbell Comp. At 11am on Dec 7 we will host another yoga session with Megan, free to members, bring your own mat if you have one.

Pre Christmas Partner Challenge – Sat Dec 21st 2013

This is our 3rd Annual Pre Christmas Partner Challenge. After we are done working out, we will fire up the BBQ to celebrate another year of fun and hard work at MaD CrossFit. Start thinking about who you might want to pair up with, guys, girls and mixed pairs are all good.
