We will be closed from Monday 23rd December through to Sunday 29 December.
From Monday 30th December to Friday 3rd January Class times will be 9am, 5pm and 6:30pm.
Saturday 4th January will be normal hours. 9am Class, 10am Skills Session, 11am Open Gym
Normal Hours Resume Monday 6th January.
We will continue to post workouts during the period we are closed, these will be bodyweight workouts you can on the road. You also have a bunch of bodyweight workouts in your MaD CF Logbook or you can access a whole lot more of them HERE.
Get your Teens moving or training for their sport with 4 weeks of CrossFit. Each of the 1 hour sessions will focus on strength training, endurance, agility, and gymnastics. They will learn how to feed their bodies and train for their own sports.
Cost for 8 sessions is $99
