Rules: All team members must perform a minimum of 10 reps of each movement. Other than that 1 person working at a time and break it up however you want.

Skill Session

This week we are holding a 2 hour Power Lifting Clinic 10am til noon. Come down to learn to improve your power lifts; Bench, Back Squat and Deadlift. We will also cover accessory work to help your lifts.
This clinic will allow you to train with Lea during her Power Sessions between 6 and 6:30pm on Tue and Thu as well as 11am to Noon on Saturdays.
