AMRAP in 24 minutes

10 Front Squats 60/40kg

15 HR Push Ups

20 Sit Ups

Score is your total # of reps.

Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 200m with a sandbag (choose weight according to level and ability). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 200m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.

At 10am our Skills Session will focus on Strongman stuff, hint we have two new sets of Farmers Handles 🙂

41° Weightlifting Club Olympic Weightlifting Comp – Sun Apr 27

This will be the third of 5 comps we are holding as part of the Olympic Weightlifting New Zealand Champions League. Open to all MaD CrossFit members and any registered OWNZ lifters. Lifters from other gyms and CrossFit Affiliates welcome as well. This is an OWNZ sanctioned Olympic Weightlifting Comp. You will have 3 attempts at both the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. We will run this in accordance with OWNZ and IWF rules. Sign up and surprise yourself. Weigh in at 9am.
