Partner Workout

Teams of two complete the following with one person working at a time.

400m Run
75 Goblet Squat 24/16kg
400m  Run
100 Burpees
400m  Run
125 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead 15/10kg
400m  Run
250 Double Unders
400m Run

Partners must complete the runs together. Workout will be scaled to level and ability.

Skill Session at 10am

Olympic Weightlifting, if you are lifting tomorrow this is a good chance to work out your start weights and practice. We will also run a novice session for those who are new to the lifts.
