60 Wall Ball (20/14# to 10/9′)
60 Push Ups (on ball)
60 Jumps (over ball)
60 Lunges (with ball)
60 Sit Ups (with ball)
600 meter Run (with ball)
30 Wall Ball
30 Push Ups
30 Jumps
30 Lunges
30 Sit ups
400m Run

All movements are done with a medball.  Push ups on the ball, jumps over the ball, medball sit ups. Partners work together to get reps done and run together with their ball.

Skill Session

At 10am join Megan for a yoga session focused on hip mobility.

41° Weightlifting Club Olympic Weightlifting Comp – Sun May 25

This will be the 4th of 5 comps we are holding as part of the Olympic Weightlifting New Zealand Champions League. Open to all MaD CrossFit members and any registered OWNZ lifters. Lifters from other gyms and CrossFit Affiliates welcome as well. This is an OWNZ sanctioned Olympic Weightlifting Comp. You will have 3 attempts at both the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. We will run this in accordance with OWNZ and IWF rules. Sign up and surprise yourself. Weigh in at 9am.
