Farmers Handles – Standard (Farmer’s Carry)= (1.25 x Body Weight In Each Hand) x (30m Without Dropping)

Sled/Prowler drags and pulls

10am Skills Session is Olympic Weight Lifting.

Tomorrow we host our 4th Olympic Weightlifting New Zealand sanctioned competition. Lifting will start at 10am for the ladies and noon for the guys. Come on down to watch some of your gym mates throw some weight around.
