NZ Fitness League – who is interested?

The New Zealand Fitness League is an inter-club competition platform. Teams will compete head to head against local opponents and simultaneously against the rest of the country in the sport of fitness.

Each team will have a squad made up of up to 12 people (6 males & 6 females) with 6 (3 male & 3 females) competing in each ‘Head 2 Head’ event.

The round’s workouts will be the same for each team and will be completed simultaneously so no team will have an advantage of additional preparation time.

Head 2 Head events will run for approximately 90 minutes in duration and consist of multiple workouts testing all the elements of what the NZFL considers fitness; strength, power, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, stamina, balance, coordination, accuracy & agility.

More information is on the website HERE, let us know in comments if you are interested in being part of a team.
