Team Workout
In teams of 3, with only 1 working at any time, complete the following:
60 Pull-Ups
120 Push-Ups
180 Goblet Squats
240 Kettlebell Swings
Use same KB for Goblet Squats and Swings – Rx 24/16kg. Scale Up or Down as required.
Partition reps amongst team members as you wish, but the team must complete each task before embarking upon the next.
Then our Spring Run Technique Clinic from 10am to 12pm.
We will conduct a video analysis of your running form. Then we will focus on the mechanics of your form, injury prevention and the role of strength training in maintaining good run technique.
$25 per person for members and 10 Trip Pass Holders, $50 per person for Non-Members.

So you are interested in getting your Weekend Gymnasty on. The course will take place on Saturday Oct 18, Oct 25 and Nov 1st from 1:30pm to 3pm. Cost is $99
41° Weightlifting Club Olympic Weightlifting Comp – Sun Oct 19
This Olympic Weightlifting New Zealand sanctioned competition is open to all MaD CrossFit members and any registered OWNZ lifters. Lifters from other gyms and CrossFit Affiliates welcome as well. You will have 3 attempts at both the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. We will run this in accordance with OWNZ and IWF rules. Sign up and surprise yourself. Weigh in at 9am.

Fun team workout this morning, followed by a great run clinic. Thanks to the weather for staying away until this afternoon. Nice work by all those in the gym this morning, keeping track of the reps was a bit of a challenge for some 🙂
