Hopper Deck Day
Like the previous Hopper Deck sessions we will be selecting a workout from the “Hopper Deck”. Everyone has to agree to the workout, otherwise it is 10 Burpees to draw another card.
If the next class wants to do the same workout as the previous one there is a 10 burpee buy in. Otherwise they can take a chance and draw their own card.

PCPC RESULTS
The first event of the Pre Christmas Partner Challenge was a strength test. Only one partner could attempt each lift. Max weight on an unbroken 10m Yoke carry or Max weight on a Fat Bar Deadlift.
On the Yoke heaviest carries went to Rocky 200kg and Blair 255kg – Special mention to Chris from Southern CrossFit (Perth) for a carry of 265kg.
On the Fat Bar biggest lifts were Paule 125kg and Adam 200kg – Special mention to Tara from Southern CrossFit (Perth) for a 135kg lift and Josh for an out of comp lift of 210kg.
Due to popular demand there will be a 6am Class on Christmas Eve 🙂 If you said you would come you better sign up or Santa will be displeased 🙂
