Good turn out for last minute. 1rep max behind the neck jerk, then hit a kb workout “Ladies only” lol 15 kbs, 10 sit ups, 5 rounds. 20kg 5:30?ish. Glad I didn’t have to do that alone. Cheers Yasmine, Jean and Tink for pushing me!

Thanks to Matt and Donna for opening the doors. Good crew there to. Awesome to come in and work on some of my goats to make up for the overeating yesterday.

Fun times at Mad, new 1rm front squat 52.5kg and awesome metcon with the ladies 5RFT 15KBS & 10 sit ups and Liam played with the yoke
4 km run then body weight work out! 6:40 or thereabouts. Tried my best to hold for 10 seconds, sometimes took several attempts!!!
