40 Thrusters (40/30kg)

40 Toe to Bar or Knee to Elbow

40 OHS (40/30kg)

40 Burpee

40 Box Jump 20”

40 Burpee Box Jump 20”

40 Pull Ups

Partner workout.  One person working at a time.  20 minute running clock.  Start at thrusters and work your way down.  At minutes 2, 6, 10 and 14 run 200 meters.  When you get back from run continue where you left off.  Score is where you end up at 20 minutes.
