Between you complete 3000kg of Front Squats

Then in relay fashion each partner completes:

21-15-9

Box Jumps 24/20”(Scale to Step Up)

Power Snatch 50/30kg(Scale to Power Clean)

TTB (Scale to Hanging Leg Raise)

Partner A completes the round of 21 then Partner B completes the round of 21. A does 15, B does 15 and on down to the round of 9.
