10 Push Ups

15 Squats

Each min on the min for 30 min do 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups and 15 Squats.

If you fall behind continue working for the entire 30 minutes recording the rounds completed before and after.


Bodyrows for pull ups and half reps for negative push ups.
