Team Workout

In teams of 3, with only 1 working at any time, complete the following:
60 Pull-Ups
120 Push-Ups
180 Goblet Squats
240 Kettlebell Swings

Use same KB for Goblet Squats and Swings – Rx 24/16kg. Scale Up or Down as required.

Partition reps amongst team members as you wish, but the team must complete each task before embarking upon the next.

Skill Session at 10am

Get your goats, choose a weakness and come in and work on it. Could be anything from Pull Ups to Double Unders.

Most memorable wod: Xmas Partner Workout 2013- got excited by the beers and bbq at the end, didn’t think too much about work out part until I saw the board and realized what I’d signed up for. Certainly earned the beer.
