10am til Noon as usual. Not limited to lifting, you can work on your body weight skills or anything you like really. Don’t forget about Benchmark Training, still time to hit “Chelsea” or “Coe”.


Today is also CrossFit Total Day. You choose which total and take as much time as you need. 3 attempts at max weight for each movement. Options are:

The CrossFit Total:

The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at Back Squat, Press, and Deadlift.

The Other Total (aka CFT 2):

The sum of your best efforts from 3 attempts at: Clean (Power Clean is acceptable), Bench Press and OverHead Squat

CrossFit Football Total:

The sum of your best efforts from 3 attempts at: Power Clean, Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift
