Performance

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
7.5m overhead walking lunge 43/29kg
8 burpees
7.5m overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Fitness

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
7.5m front rack walking lunge 20/15kg
8 burpees
7.5m front rack walking lunge
8 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups

If you are not part of the Intramural Gym Comp you can try this one as an individual or we will team you up and you will alternate movements. Partner A will Lunge then Burpee, Partner B will then Lunge and Pull Up (or scaled option), Then Partner A will Lunge and Pull Up, Partner B will Lunge and Burpee and so on until 20 minutes elapses.

CROSSFIT GAMES OPEN 16.1 at 10am

You will be teamed up with someone to take on this workout and judge/count for one another, have fun with it folks 🙂
