10am til Noon. Not limited to lifting, you can work on your body weight skills or anything you like really. Don’t forget about Benchmark Training, still time to hit a “Girl”, “Games” or “Hero” workout. You can also use this time as an Open Gym Session, just make sure you have a plan.

10 Years Ago She Attended the Very First CrossFit Games

I was at the first Games in Aromas; in fact, my daughter was actually the one who pulled the first movement out of the hopper.

There were maybe a couple hundred of us there in total, and we were basically all milling around, cheering one another on and helping to coach each other through the workouts.

Once you have saved the results your Today Screen will look like this. It will also update in your Workouts and Lifts screens.

Recording your results on Influx will allow you to look back at when you last lifted or did a particular workout to see how much or how well you did. It also assists us by giving us an idea of how strong the gym is and how long workouts take or an average number of rounds completed in an AMRAP.
