AMRAP for 30 minutes: 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 Squats.

For 30 min do 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups and 15 Squats.

A does Pull ups then B does Push Ups the A does Squats then B does Pull Ups etc.

SKILL SESSION @ 10AM – MOBILITY

Come in and work on your mobility skills and learn to use some of our mobility tools.

Barbell Club Olympic Weightlifting Course

The Barbell Club Olympic Weightlifting Course is a 4 week fully coached program. We will meet twice a week for 1 hour. The primary focus will be on developing the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, there will also additional supplementary work. We run separate courses for beginners and experienced lifters.

LATEST COURSE:

Starting Monday Nov 14 until Wednesday Dec 7 (4 weeks) we will meet each week on Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm for a one hour session. Limited to 6 students only. This course will be aimed at intermediate lifters. This course can be used as a build up to the 11th Dec 41° Weightlifting Club Competition.
