There is always our Body Weight option, Benchmark Training and in addition we will have the Hopper Deck available.

Once you have saved the results your Today Screen will look like this. It will also update in your Workouts and Lifts screens.

Recording your results on Influx will allow you to look back at when you last lifted or did a particular workout to see how much or how well you did. It also assists us by giving us an idea of how strong the gym is and how long workouts take or an average number of rounds completed in an AMRAP.
