15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Rx Men use 22.5kg dumbbell and 24-in. box, Women use 15kg dumbbell and 20-in. box

Scaled Men use 15kg dumbbell and 24-in. box, step ups ok, Women use 10kg dumbbell and 20-in. box step ups ok.

Masters Men 55+ (or 50+ for the Intramural) and Teens use 15kg dumbbell and 24-in. box, step ups ok, Women 55+ (or 50+ for the Intramural) and Teens use 10kg dumbbell and 20-in. box step ups ok.

Scaled Masters Men 55+ (or 50+ for the Intramural) and Teens use 10kg dumbbell and 20-in. box, step ups ok, Women 55+ (or 50+ for the Intramural) and Teens use 5kg dumbbell and 20-in. box step ups ok.
