The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift.

It’s not easy when you are spinning multiple plates between work and well just life ingeneral.    Trying your best to keep on top of everything eventually takes its toll.  Well that was my experience, working a full on corporate job alongside having a family.
