Back Squat 1 x 20 – Start weight is Bodyweight or 50% 1RM whichever is lighter.
Look to add 2.5 to 5kg each time you do this.

Saturday Jun 17 at 9am. From Chris at Upper Hutt CrossFit: “We had a member pass away a couple of weeks ago at the gym. Scott Fairbrother. We will be doing a work out for him this Saturday. Scott was a top guy loved a laugh and a joke. (Work out posted in the comments).

Scotts family and the gym would be great full if you wanted to join in and honour him. Be good if you crack a beer afterwards as well and give him a toast 🍺

41° Weightlifting Club Olympic Weightlifting Comp – Sun June 18th 2017

This Olympic Weightlifting New Zealand sanctioned competition is open to all MaD CrossFit members and any registered OWNZ lifters. Lifters from other gyms and CrossFit Affiliates welcome as well. You will have 3 attempts at both the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. We will run this in accordance with OWNZ and IWF rules. Sign up and surprise yourself. Weigh in at 9am.
