10am til Noon. Not limited to lifting, you can work on your body weight skills or anything you like really. Don’t forget about Benchmark Training, still time to hit a “Girl”, “Games” or “Hero” workout. You can also use this time as an Open Gym Session, just make sure you have a plan.


How to Watch the 2017 Games


Once the Games begin, fans can tune in to watch the entirety of the individual, team, masters and teen competitions live on the CrossFit Games website and on Facebook. In addition, CBS Sports Digital will stream up to 40 hours of live event coverage of teams and individuals on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app.

CrossFit will use Facebook update groups to let people know when events are live, so be sure to join and set your notifications so you don’t miss the best action. Known events and times will be scheduled in advance, and the Studio team will be breaking live announcements as they happen on site. AED (Defibrillator) Community Fundraiser – Mon Jul 24th at 7pm

We are raising funds to help pay for the AED (Defibrillator) that was recently installed at MaD Strength & Conditioning Gym, 58 Victoria Street, Petone. This AED is available to the wider community in the event that anyone experiences a sudden cardiac arrest.

Get your friends together and head down to Sprig and Fern Petone for a fun quiz night on Monday July 24th at 7pm. There will also be raffles available with prizes donated from various local and regional business.

If you want a guaranteed seat just hit the ticket link below, allocated seats are $10 each.

ALL funds raised on the night will go towards the cost and maintenance of the AED (Defibrillator).
