Our 6th annual battle for the banner with CrossFit Darwin. 3 workouts, one winning gym that gets to hang the banner for another year. These have always been close competitions, come on down and help us hold onto the banner. We will pair you up to run through the 3 workouts. These workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness and we will have scaling options available.

Sessions will run at 9am and 11am.



Clean Ladder AMRAP

30 sec AMRAP at the first bar, then 30sec rest/transition time. Move to the next bar, 30sec AMRAP. Continue to move through the ladder until you are unable to clean that weight or your time runs out on the last bar.

Weights are:
25 / 40 / 35 / 50 / 45 / 60KG
50 / 70 / 55 / 80 / 60 / 90KG

Score = total cleans completed (squat cleans). POWER OR MUSCLE CLEAN + FRONT SQUAT WILL ALSO COUNT.


8 Minute Time Cap

3 Rounds of: 250m Row, 25 KB Swings 24/16kg or 35 Swings 16/12kg

An extra second will be added to the time for every rep not completed by the time cap.


CHAMRAP (Chipper AMRAP) 9 minute time cap

50 Squats
45 Sit Ups
40 Lateral Jumps over 10kg plate
35 Burpees
30 DB Push Press 15/10kg
25 Box Jumps 24/20″
20 Double Unders
15 TTB
5 Muscle Ups
If you complete the 5 Muscle Ups then start a second round with 50 Squats, 45 Sit Ups etc.

    Give it your all ! No doubt they will fight hard so we don’t keep the flag for a 3rd year.
