Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 thrusters
3 chest-to-bar pull-ups
6 thrusters
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
9 thrusters
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
12 thrusters
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 thrusters
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
18 thrusters
18 chest-to-bar pull-ups

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.

Men use 45kg.
Women use 29kg.

FREE CROSSFIT CLASS – Sat March 31st @9am

The best way to get a real sense of CrossFit is to stop by and take one of our Free classes. Each class includes instruction on basic movements, a CrossFit workout based on those movements, and a further explanation of what we do at MaD. Our goal with this class is to give you a taste of what CrossFit is, so you can see why so many people are hooked.

Bench Press Workshop – 7 April 10am – Noon

This workshop will focus on getting a stronger Bench Press. We will take you through mobility, activation, warm up, lifts and accessory work. You’ll get a list of everything we go over, and we’ll talk about how to add them to your current MaD workouts. This for anyone who wants to  prepare for Bad As IX, coming up June 2nd, or if you want to learn how to increase your bench press.

INTERMEDIATE: Saturday Mar 31st, 10am – 12pm

Drills and Skills, from warm ups through to full lifts and accessory work. Designed for those who are already lifting, we will identify faults and provide you with individual drills to enhance your lifting.
