10am til Noon. Not limited to lifting, you can work on your body weight skills or anything you like really. Don’t forget about Benchmark Training, still time to hit a “Girl”, “Games” or “Hero” workout. You can also use this time as an Open Gym Session, just make sure you have a plan.

The second stage of the CrossFit Games competition season continues this Friday with Week 2 of Regionals. Last week we kicked things off in Berlin, Germany, and the coverage continues this week, as top athletes continue to punch their tickets to the Games by the close of the weekend.
