Why I CrossFit: I want to enjoy good health and fitness for as long as possible. I used to do a lot of running but fell off the wagon a couple of years ago and just couldn’t get back on. I had walked past MaD a few times and even though it looked scary I had a feeling it was the solution to my flagging motivation. I was right.
