SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR SUNDAY’S IN JULY

Due to the large numbers attending our Sunday Strength Sessions we are going to trial a new timetable for the month of July. This is to ensure a safe and productive environment for all those attending.

The way it will work, from 9:30am – 11am we will have our 41° Weightlifting Club Olympic Weightlifting Sunday Session. This is open to ALL 41° Weightlifting Club Members, Unlimited MaD members can also attend but bear in mind the focus will be on Olympic Weightlifting.

From 11am – 12:30pm we will have our MaD Sunday Strength Session. This will be open to MaD Unlimited members only. Not limited to lifting, you can work on your body weight skills or anything you like really. Don’t forget about Benchmark Training, still time to hit a “Girl”, “Games” or “Hero” workout. You can also use this time as an Open Gym Session, just make sure you have a plan. As MaD members you can still Oly lift at this time but there will be other stuff going on around you.
