MEMBER OF THE MONTH – SEAN

Biggest change mentally:  I’m a pretty competitive person so getting to grip with the fact that the person I need to compete with is myself.  I always want to push hard enough to say that I genuinely gave it my all every single time and didn’t leave anything in the tank. I was lucky to get paired up with Patrick and Rumi in my first few classes who both gave me great advice on pacing myself to get the most out of the workouts.
