Like previous years we will post bodyweight workouts over the holiday period for those who are away or can’t make it to the gym.

Christmas Day 5K -Run, Swim or Bike 5km as fast as possible

OR

If you don’t have the space or equipment for the 5k, consider this little gem instead.

Death by 10m -Run 10m on the first minute, 2 x 10m on the second minute, adding one more 10m shuttle each minute until you can’t complete the repetitions within the minute.
