Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

4 Dumbbell Thrusters 22.5/15kg / 15/10kg

6 Toes-To-Bars / Hanging Knee Raise

24 Double-Unders/Single Skips

Can also be done as a partner workout. Alternate movements. One working at a time.

STRENGTH
