Teen weightlifting – Starting Strength Programme

Age: 13-17

Cost: $25/week for 8 weeks

Session times:  Tuesday and Thursday 3:45 -4:45pm

MaD will be introducing strength and conditioning specially programmed for teens. It will be a great standalone strength programme, or to support and help improve your performance in school sports.

Our teens will start with a general strength program and then move towards Olympic weightlifting as they become confident in the movements. Classes will be capped to ensure quality coaching and safety.

Each session will include a warm up, weightlifting, accessory work and stretching.
