Rest Day – Jan 10 CrossFit Games NZ Sectional is Next Month
The CrossFit Games 2010 New Zealand Sectional will be in Auckland Feb 20-21. We will be heading up to help judge the event. Come on up to compete or just to watch the best CrossFitters in New Zealand, Tasmania and Victoria go head to head. Register here.

Rest Day 12/6 – Nice work on the Lumberjack 20
Saturday’s sessions were the “Lumberjack 20” in honour of those killed and wounded on Nov 5th at Fort Hood, Texas.

Another full on Saturday
With an On Ramp Class at 9am, Kettlebell Skills at 10am and Free Group Class at 11am. It was a full on morning.Kelly, visiting from CrossFit Territory in Darwin, Deadlifts with the boys at 9am. Dutch Lowy Seminar
Yesterday we attended the Dutch Lowy Performance Development Seminar at Catalyst Athletics.
This was a great seminar and we highly recommend it to all trainers, coaches and especially affiliate owners.

Rest Day 8/2 – This just wouldn’t happen in New Zealand!
Three-time Games competitor Jolie Gentry won the games in 2007. She placed fifth in 2008.This year, she earned seventh place. With her finish, she also earned the award of Top Military or Law Enforcement Competitor of either gender, just beating Marine Patrick Burke, who finished eighth.

Watch some excellent footage from the games this last weekend. It was a fantastic event to attend. There were some awesome athletes to watch and great crossfitters to hang out with.
