May 23 Rest Day
This weekend is the CrossFit Games NorthEast Regional Qualifier in Albany, New York. This was the place where, 2 years ago, we first experienced the challenge that CrossFit competitions bring. We were there again last year for the NorthEast Qualifier, won by our friend James Hobart.

Last weekend was a big one for our friends from NZ and NorCal who were attempting to make it to the CrossFit Games in LA in July.
