Free Intro Workout

Our Free Intro Group Class is designed to suit any level of fitness  and is interested in learning more about our program.  You can come in with an existing member or book in with us before the day. In this session we start with a warm up and take you through a group class at MaD Strength & Conditioning.  We coach you through some of the movements so you get a feel for how we teach, and take you through a partner or team workout.  Afterwards we’ll cool down, talk about what we do in a regular class and what the next step is to join.

Although ‘Bring a Friend’ is not our typical Monday – Friday class, you’ll get a feel for the way things run.

Next dates: Thursday August 24th and 31st at 6:30pm, Saturday September 2nd at 9am.

Free class for all, does not count as one of your weekly visits.

BaD As 008 – Saturday June 3rd 2017

BaD As 8 page is now live HERE, check out the details and get signed up.

We started our BaD As Open Weightlifting competition in 2010 to encourage more ladies to lift weights. Over the past 7 years we have seen numbers grow and the competition sell out in record time.

This year we are going to change the format for the competition, we have achieved our aim and the numbers of women lifting on a regular basis at our 41° Weightlifting Club Olympic Weightlifting competitions proves this.

So in 2017, for the first time the men will get to lift heavy as well. The competition format will remain the same but we will be opening it up to the guys. Initially we will only be offering this as an “In House” comp, but if not all the spots are taken, we will open up entries to those who have supported BaD As on a regular basis over the last 7 years.

We hope you understand our reasons for the changes and look forward to your continued support. Now everyone gets to be BaD As 🙂
