Did you know that as well as booking into class you can record and track your results on Influx.

Go to TODAY on the Influx App https://influxapp.com/#/ and click on the class you attended

This will take you to your class page. To add your LIFT and WORKOUT results hit the appropriate ADD button.

This will take you to the results screen. LIFT looks like this:

Once you have saved the results your Today Screen will look like this. It will also update in your Workouts and Lifts screens.

Recording your results on Influx will allow you to look back at when you last lifted or did a particular workout to see how much or how well you did. It also assists us by giving us an idea of how strong the gym is and how long workouts take or an average number of rounds completed in an AMRAP.
